The Shift® Lab is a 5–6 month project engagement — not an open-ended retainer. You’ll know exactly what’s included, when it happens, and what you’ll have at the end.

Lab alumni are eligible for ongoing leadership advisory support through the Shift® Strategic Partner, a lighter monthly engagement for organizations that want continued access and development after the Lab concludes.
