A phased build with a

The Talent Partner follows a clear arc, from discovery to launch to handoff. You’ll know exactly where you are and what’s coming next at every stage:
01- Discovery & Design
We assess what people systems currently exist, what’s missing, and what the organization needs. You leave this phase with a clear people infrastructure roadmap.
02- Build & Implementation
We design and build the systems alongside your exec team and/or HR leadership. They’re in the room for every major decision, which means the handoff is built into the process.
03- Launch & Handoff
We facilitate calibration, train leadership on delivery, and hand off with everything documented and ready to run.
04- Ongoing Advisory (Optional)
For organizations that want continued strategic backup: monthly advisory sessions, an annual systems review, and coaching for the HR lead.
