Live group training sessions

Facilitated sessions covering leadership development, culture systems, team effectiveness, and organizational design — built for real application. You’ll leave each session with something you can use the following week.

Peer learning and community

You’ll move through this alongside other leaders navigating similar complexity from different organizations. Different contexts, same challenges, shared language by the end.

A structured arc

The Collective follows a clear roadmap so you always know where you are in the work, what you’ve built, and what comes next.

Small cohort of peer organizations moving through the work together, over the course of a 6 month cycle.

Practitioner ACCESS

Direct access to a Tayden facilitator partnership team throughout the Collective, not just during scheduled sessions. When something comes up between calls, you have somewhere to take it.

The Partnership is a fully custom, embedded 1:1 engagement built for organizations with $2M or more in budget and teams of ten or more, where the work is scoped entirely around your organization’s moment, gaps, and what’s already in motion.

The Collective is built for the season before that. Or for leaders who simply want to grow in community — and for whom that shared container is exactly the right fit.
