The Challenge
The organization was deeply committed to serving communities—but internally, it was struggling to build the kind of workplace culture that reflected its external mission. Despite having a dedicated team focused on inclusion, limited capacity and competing priorities made it difficult to weave people-centered practices into daily operations and decision-making.
The organization needed expert guidance to move from intention to integrated action—embedding inclusive leadership, culture, and people practices across every facet of its work.
Our Approach
We partnered with the team to lead a full organizational assessment and facilitate focus groups—listening closely to team members’ lived experiences and insights. These conversations revealed both strengths and systemic gaps holding the organization back.
Through our Shift® Accelerator, we worked collaboratively to co-create a clear roadmap for transformation. Together, we strengthened leadership alignment, reshaped culture practices, and built systems that support a healthier, more inclusive workplace—inside and out.
